She's a freelance film maker working in Burkina. She speaks several languages.
She has no editing capability herself (usually going to Germany to post
her stuff) but she can shoot, field-produce and help with local arrangements.

Kenya
Alwan Communications, Nairobi. Alwan shoots in PAL VHS
and Betacam, and also in 16mm. They can help with logistics for shoots
all over Kenya and their prices don't seem unreasonable. The director is

Swaziland
Eye to Eye Productions, Mbabne. Eye to Eye is Swaziland's
only independent production company. They shoot in PAL Hi-8, but can provide
logistical support, research services, stock footage and transportation

Zimbabwe
Filmcom, Harare. This small production company shoots
all over Zimbabwe. They have access to PAL BetacamSP and know all the shooters

Euro Technology Zimbabwe, Harare. You can get good maintenance

Colombia
Tele Video, Bogota. This company can provide Betacam
crews and facilities and can do double-enders. We have not used them directly,

Bangladesh
United Network Ltd. Fuad Chowdhury, a Canadian-Bangladeshi,
has started this company with a view to improving the quality of television
in Bangladesh. In Canada he produced, among other things, documentaries
